The bus stop is a short 15-minute walk from here. I really appreciated having a safe, a mini bar, and central heating in the room. the food was excellent with plenty of options to choose from! 🍽️.

Luxury and wonderful venue, marvellous location not far from Samsun, Serra Samsun Otel, and the sea, appreciated our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helped with the private parking. The breakfast at Ramada was absolutely fabulous. I enjoyed a delicious spread of food each morning, and the other meals I had there were equally delicious. The hotel's convenient location near the bus terminal and port made it easy for me to explore the area. The staff were friendly and provided helpful tips on local restaurants and attractions.

This hotel is a great base for exploring the Black Sea area, with a convenient location near the sea and the city center. the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with excellent air conditioning. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing prompt service and solving all problems quickly. the breakfast offers a good variety of options and filter coffee is available daily.

One downside is that some of the dishes are not covered during room service, which may be a concern for some guests.

The spacious and comfortable rooms of this hotel were a great starting point to explore the city. The excellent food offered by the hotel was a nice surprise and the staff was always helpful and courteous. The convenient location near the city center made it easy to get around and the airport bus stopping right outside the hotel was an advantage.

Our room had some small issues during our stay, but the hotel staff was always quick to solve them. The hotel lacked a swimming pool and the car park area was small, so sometimes we had to park our car across the street.
