Our rooms where reasonably spacious and absolutely perfect and had central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television. City view was a pleasant bonus. The free parking was onsite, good service🙂

The breakfast at Ramada was absolutely fabulous. I enjoyed a delicious spread of food each morning, and the other meals I had there were equally delicious. The hotel's convenient location near the bus terminal and port made it easy for me to explore the area. The staff were friendly and provided helpful tips on local restaurants and attractions.

This hotel is a great base for exploring the Black Sea area, with a convenient location near the sea and the city center. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with excellent air conditioning. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing prompt service and solving all problems quickly. The breakfast offers a good variety of options and filter coffee is available daily.

One downside is that some of the dishes are not covered during room service, which may be a concern for some guests.

One of the advantages - large and perfect rooms; they included a shower, hairdryers and towels.

The spacious and comfortable rooms of this hotel were a great starting point to explore the city. The excellent food offered by the hotel was a nice surprise and the staff was always helpful and courteous. The convenient location near the city center made it easy to get around and the airport bus stopping right outside the hotel was an advantage.

Our room had some small issues during our stay, but the hotel staff was always quick to solve them. The hotel lacked a swimming pool and the car park area was small, so sometimes we had to park our car across the street.

I had a great stay at this hotel near the sea. The location is excellent, as everything is very close. I could easily walk to the city centre and there is transportation available right outside the hotel, including an airport bus. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always prompt in solving any issues. The hotel facilities were fantastic with a sauna, fitness centre and beautiful views. Moreover, I loved the tasty buffet breakfast and the option to request food to the room from the restaurant. this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to the city center and the tram and local bus stops. the food quality was great, and the two complementary facts were much appreciated. the room was spacious and very comfortable, and it was cleaned regularly.

There were a number of aspects that were not up to scratch. the shower in the bathroom was not hygienic, and the cosmetics provided were very cheap and low-quality.

This hotel provided luxurious amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The spa and wellness centre provided excellent service and made us feel pampered. The beach access and beautiful garden area added to the exclusive ambiance of the venue. The restaurant had delicious food with special diet menus and in-room breakfast, both of which were convenient for us. The private facilities were clean and spacious, and the location was excellent and convenient for transportation.

One minor issue we had was with the BBQ facilities. Although they were available, we had trouble using them and could have used more instructions on how to operate them.
